1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meaning of certain specific words and terms used in these Terms is clarified below:

• "Platform" — The 77bld website, application, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" — A person who has opened a registered account on 77bld.
• "Gaming Activities" — Slots, live casino, cricket betting, card games, and other entertainment activities.
• "Balance" — Funds or bonus credits held in a member's account.
• "Bonus" — Any additional credit, cashback, or reward provided by 77bld.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The amount that must be wagered before a bonus or winnings become withdrawable.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Only persons aged 21 or above may open an account on 77bld and participate in gaming activities. Accounts belonging to underage individuals will be cancelled immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts — using the same name, address, phone number, bank, or mobile banking account — 77bld reserves the right to cancel all such accounts.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. If false or incomplete information is provided, the account may be suspended and deposited funds may be withheld. 77bld may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 77bld is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the member's own name.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.

3.3 Payment Fraud

If any payment fraud, unauthorized transaction, or bank chargeback is detected, the associated account will be suspended immediately. If fraud is proven, all funds may be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳6,000 in bonus. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).

4.2 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement has been completed.
• If a bonus is cancelled without meeting the wagering requirement, any winnings earned from that bonus will also be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is requested while a bonus is active, the bonus and any winnings earned from the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Each bonus offer has a specific expiry period. Once expired, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

77bld offers three VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2% weekly cashback. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

If using multiple accounts, bots, or automated software to collect bonuses, completing wagering through low-risk bets, or any other form of bonus abuse is detected, the account will be cancelled and funds may be forfeited.

5 Gaming Activities and Prohibited Conduct

5.1 Fair Play

77bld believes in fair play. All games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure unbiased results. No game outcome is predetermined or controllable.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Any form of hacking, cracking, or cyber attack.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Attempting to use or access another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Collusion or coordinated fraudulent activity against other members.
• Exploiting any technical error or glitch in the platform.

5.3 Consequences

If any of the above prohibited conduct is detected, 77bld reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently cancel the account, forfeit funds, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

6 Account Security and Password

Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Passwords must not be shared with anyone. Use a strong password and change it regularly.

• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is prohibited.
• The member is solely responsible for all activities conducted on the account.

7 Responsible Gaming

77bld is committed to responsible gaming. We believe gaming is entertainment — not a source of income. All members are encouraged to follow the guidelines below:

• Do not bet beyond your own financial limits.

8 Dispute Resolution

• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyber attacks, or other unforeseen events.

11 Account Cancellation and Suspension

11.1 Closure at Member's Request

Any member may close their account at their own discretion. To do so, email [email protected]. Any balance eligible for withdrawal at the time of account closure will be returned.

11.2 Cancellation by 77bld

77bld may unilaterally cancel an account in the following circumstances — with or without prior notice:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
• Bonus or payment fraud.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 consecutive months).
